Purchasing tickets
Your ticket purchasing process depends on whether you have already set up an account and your current affiliation with UCLA. Refer to the information below to learn how to buy your tickets.
Create and log in to your account: To purchase tickets, create a CAP UCLA account in our eVenue system and log in to that account.
Purchase online: Select tickets for individual performances or choose Create-Your-Own Series for a 10 percent discount. Complete your purchase online.
Phone purchase: If you prefer to purchase tickets over the phone, contact the UCLA Central Ticket Office at 310-825-2101 (Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm).
Log in to your account: If you already have an eVenue CAP UCLA account, log in to your account and select tickets for individual performances or Create-Your-Own Series for a 10 percent discount. Complete your purchase online. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it and log in.
Phone purchase: If you prefer to purchase tickets over the phone, contact the UCLA Central Ticket Office at 310-825-2101 (Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm).
Create-Your-Own Series to save 10 percent: Purchase tickets to three or more performances of your choice for a 10 percent discount.
Current UCLA students: With a BruinCard, current UCLA students may purchase premium seating for all CAP UCLA events for $15 on an as-available basis.
Multiple events for current UCLA students: Are you a UCLA student interested in attending multiple events? Check out our UCLA Student Passport program and see lots of shows for less!
UCLA staff and faculty: Current UCLA staff or faculty members may purchase tickets for $25 on an as-available basis for our performances at Royce Hall and The Theatre at Ace Hotel only.
Please subscribe to our email list and check the box for UCLA Community (if you have already subscribed, fill out the Subscription Management Form to update your email preferences). That gives you access to your special insider discounts.
UCLA Alumni Association members receive a 10 percent discount on all CAP UCLA performances. To purchase discounted tickets, call the UCLA Central Ticket Office at 310-825-2101 (Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm) with your UCLA Alumni Association Member ID.
Don’t have your member ID?
Non-UCLA students with a valid student ID from another academic institution can purchase $18 student tickets at the venue box office one hour prior to all performances on an as-available basis.
Note: Non-UCLA student tickets cannot be purchased online at this time.
CAP UCLA believes that access to live performance is vital to our shared thriving.
Financial barriers? Community Access! If you are an artist, educator or community member who faces financial barriers, CAP UCLA is pleased to provide access to $25 tickets on an as-available basis via our email list. Subscribe to our email list and select the box for Community Access. If you have already subscribed to our email list without Community Access, update your email preferences.
Community Access subscriber benefits: You will receive an email with a ticket link and a special discount code to purchase $25 passes for CAP UCLA performances on an as-available basis. In addition, you will receive information about other special opportunities to participate in the arts at UCLA.
Bundle and save. Choose three or more performances from our 2024-25 Season offerings and get 10% off tickets!
The CAP UCLA waitlist allows opportunities to secure tickets for our sold-out events. By joining the CAP UCLA waitlist, you will be given the first chance to purchase tickets when available. If you miss the purchase window, you are always welcome to join our standby line on the day of the performance. While we can't guarantee availability, we do our best to accommodate everyone waiting to purchase a seat at our venues. We appreciate your enthusiasm for CAP UCLA and hope to see you at one of our performances soon!
CAP UCLA’s official ticketing system is Paciolan, however we are happy to announce Paciolan’s partnership with SeatGeek. As the official secondary ticket marketplace, patrons can easily manage and sell unused tickets to events they are unable to attend.
Please note, any other third party ticket seller is not affiliated with CAP UCLA. Therefore, we are unable to assist in any customer service issues or offer any protection for tickets purchased on any third party seller besides SeatGeek.
